About This Product

■Product overview

・This device accumulates products transported from upstream into 5 rows x 4 stages (6 or 8 stages) and transfers them onto the waiting sheet inside the wrap-around caser. Then, pull it downward to fold in the front and rear flaps, and then fold in the top flap. While moving the sheet (product), fold in the inner flaps on both sides, fold the lower outer flap, and apply hot melt to that surface. Next, the outer upper flap is folded in to form a case, then crimped from both sides and carried out of the machine. This is a device that reverses the product 180 degrees using a downstream 180-degree reversing machine and then carries it out. - Vertical movement molding type caser (bottom type). ・The product is adsorbed by the blower head, and a 2-axis servo motor is installed in the transfer section. ・Product supply and sheet supply can be selected from left or right, making layout easy. ・A safety cover is used on the entire surface of the machine, and a cover switch is equipped. ・Continuous operation for long periods of time is possible by connecting with a sheet feeding device. - Troubleshooting can be done smoothly using the touch panel.
