About This Product

■Product overview

・The process from stacking the aligned products to sealing the cases is done at a rate of 30 cases/minute. - After arranging various products on a conveyor and placing them on a sheet, we seal the case by applying hot melt and crimping the flap plate. ・Automatically sorts and stacks the products transported on the product conveyor, and transfers them onto the standby sheet. This is a series of equipment that wraps products in cardboard, melts them, and then transports them out of the machine. ・Stack the stack of sheets in the magazine section, take them out one by one, and wait in the insertion section. The products conveyed from the product conveyor are stacked and aligned, and then transferred onto the waiting cardboard sheet by the insertion head. After the transfer, the product insertion cardboard box is attached and transported. The melt is applied, wrapped in a sheet, molded and crimped from all directions, and then discharged outside the machine.
