About This Product

■Product overview

・High-speed setup is achieved by combining the complex process of soft pack product accumulation and 3-piece partition sheet assembly with a 17-axis servo system. ・This is a system line that aligns, stacks, and stacks products conveyed on a conveyor, and at the same time assembles three-piece partition sheets, incorporates them into the products, and inserts them into cases. ・This device tilts the cases discharged from the fully automatic box making machine 90 degrees, arranges the products transported from upstream into four rows, and incorporates one vertical partition sheet. The products transported to the product stacking lifter are stacked into three stacks, and at the same time two horizontal partition sheets are inserted between each stack. After assembling and incorporating the 3-piece partition sheet into 4 rows x 3 tiers, the product is side-inserted into the waiting case using the product insertion pusher. This is a series of devices in which the case into which the product is inserted is raised 90 degrees and ejected from the machine.
