Product overview

■Compact size allows for a wide range of layouts and easy integration into system lines

This device is a tape-type box sealing machine (tape pasting machine). Since the main body is compact, it has a wide layout range and can be easily integrated into a system line. After folding the inner flap on the top surface using the rear flap folding hammer and center partition guide and folding the outer flap using the outer flap folding guide, paste the I on the top surface using the taping unit and discharge it downstream. -Size changes are quick and easy by adjusting the handle. - Taping leg length is adjustable and has an open structure for easy tape replacement. ・The swing type taping unit realizes stable taping that matches the case condition. - Side belt conveyance ensures accurate flap alignment when the outer flap is closed. ・As it is an inexpensive and compact standard machine, it can be easily integrated into system lines in all fields. - Equipped with a tape remaining detection sensor and upstream interlock function as standard.
