■Features

Blast chiller is a device for removing rough heat, rapid cooling, and rapid freezing. Since you can put freshly heated food in it, it seals in the moisture, aroma, color, etc. that would otherwise have escaped along with the steam, making the food juicy without losing its flavor.

■Ensuring food safety

Blast chillers prevent the growth of bacteria by passing cold air up to -40℃ in a short time through the temperature range for bacteria growth (approximately 10 to 60℃). It also protects food safety by preventing the adhesion of fallen bacteria and the contamination of insects and foreign objects.

■Seals the taste and aroma

Normally, cooked food loses moisture, aroma, color, etc. along with the steam as it cools. By rapidly cooling the food using a blast chiller, you can tightly lock in the umami, aroma, moisture, etc. and retain the flavor, so it will remain delicious even after reheating. It also prevents overcooking after heating.
