About This Product

Unwashed rice is different from normal rice polishing due to the characteristics of the surface processing method, so it cannot be accurately measured with an electric hydrogen meter for normal rice polishing. Therefore, we have developed a dedicated device "PM-680" for moisture management of unwashed rice and raw materials for brown rice and rice poles (Uruchi / mochi). The measurement principle uses a "high -frequency capacity type". When a certain amount of rice is poured into the main unit, the high -frequency capacity, mass, and temperature of the rice are measured, and "water value" and "volume volume", etc. are displayed after calculation processing in the microcomputer. In addition, the amount of rice that can be put in at once is reduced in moisture unevenness between grains. An unwashed rice dedicated device recommended by our company, which is a watermeter specialty manufacturer. It is an indispensable one for high -quality unwashed rice.

■ Automatic correction function

-The water meter is an error factor in the accurate water and volume weight measurement because the temperature of the measurement location, the instrument, and the sample has a difference in the electrical characteristics. ･ For accurate moisture measurements including this instrument, it is essential that the equipment and samples are blended to the peripheral temperature, but in order to make it more accurate, automatic correction by the built -in temperature sensor is performed.

■ Just pour rice as it is

The rice in the sample is not necessary to prepare for crushing. All you have to do is weigh with a cup and use the hopper to the main unit.

■ Various volume (G/L) display

Automatically calculates the volume (sample mass (g) /volume (L)).

■ Printer output

You can record the measurement results with an optional heat -type printer.

■ Easy -to -understand operation

･ We will inform you of the timing with a buzzer and icon from the sample introduction to the discharge. ･ When discharging samples, you can easily lift the main unit with one hand and discharge.

■ Measurement accuracy

･ Moisture: 0.5 % or less in standard errors in the drying method ･ Barret stroke: within 10g due to standard errors for brownwell granulomers
