``Recycle unused local organic matter'' into local fertilizers, feed, electricity, energy, etc. This is a high-temperature, high-pressure hydrolysis process (ORP) that is a ``local production/local consumption organic matter recycling model device'' that enables a significant reduction in Co2 emissions. Since it decomposes organic matter with steam, it has a high processing capacity and is a completely new and unique device in the world that can do things that could not be achieved with subcritical water treatment devices. High temperature and pressure hydrolysis (ORP) uses steam to break down organic matter. In addition, since it only uses water, it is easy to dispose of media and waste. We believe that the decomposition factors of ORP are temperature, pressure, time, amount of steam, stirring, molecular bonding state and density of the substance, and amount of protons and hydroxyl groups as the decomposition rate and factors.
