About This Product

■Features

・Create a system to understand the current situation at the manufacturing site with a simple equipment configuration ・“Buy-out type” that installs a server on site = initial cost only ・No fixed cost

■Equipment (1) Smart counter

・Collect production numbers, operating status, etc. from equipment ・Send collected data to base station

■Equipment (2) Base station

・Receive equipment data from smart counters (up to 10 units) ・Organization and storage location of received data ・Software installed → Organize, store, and analyze data → Providing on-site production information to PCs and various mobile devices

■Equipment configuration

Use smart counters and base stations. A smart counter is attached to on-site equipment to collect data such as production numbers and operating status, and sends the collected data to the base station.

■Flow of information

(1) A smart counter collects equipment data using sensor input, etc. (2) The collected data is wirelessly transmitted from the smart counter to the base station with a timestamp (date and time information). (3) Organize and save the data received from the smart counter on the base station. (4) You can access the base station database from your computer or mobile device via a web browser (Google Chrome). "On-site production information" provided to PCs and mobile devices

■Information that can be viewed in real time by equipment

(1) Production numbers and progress status (2) Total required time and stop duration (3) Operation status (operating/stopped/completed/offline) When the equipment status becomes "stopped", you can record the "stoppage reason" that you registered in advance.

■Information that can be viewed after recording by equipment

(1) Production/stop history (database) (2) History of number of nonconforming items (database) (3) Analysis of production efficiency
