■BM spray system
By combining a special nozzle and a particle sorting tank, it has become possible for the first time to spray large amounts of nanomist into large indoor spaces. This greatly expands the possibilities of metal synthesis, coating, spraying various chemicals, cooling, insecticide, sterilization, etc. that were previously unimaginable.
■Characteristics of large space injection system
Converts high viscosity raw materials (no dilution required) into ultra-fine particle mist, enabling short-time/large-volume spraying.
・Can also spray high viscosity liquids (viscosity ~10,000cp)
・Can generate ultra-fine particle mist with an average particle size of 2 to 5 μm, less than 1 μm (usually 10 to 30 μm is the limit for atomizer)
・Since there is no dilution, the actual spray amount is significantly reduced, and the effect is dramatically improved by creating ultra-fine particle mist.
・Since there is no dilution water, there is no need to worry about humidification, and there is no moisture absorption by equipment.
・The amount of spray can be increased by using multiple nozzles and multiple systems, producing the first mist without electric charge.
・Because the mist has no surface charge, there is no aggregation of individual mist particles, and there is no condensation or atomization, so the amount/concentration of mist per volume (more than 30 times that of normal) and the dispersion distance are dramatically improved.
・Mist has a zero-based charge, so charge (+/-) is easy to control.
・Easily control whether to attach it to the object or not.
・Charged ultrafine particle mist dramatically improves effectiveness per unit liquid volume
・No nozzle clogging, maintenance free
・Uniformly sprays ultrafine particle mist without clogging even with high viscosity drugs
