About This Product

■We manufacture products according to the customer's materials, so we can provide a variety of sizes.

A box changer is a device that counts the quantity of workpieces (products) placed in a box for stocking products after pressing, and automatically changes the box when it is full.

■Pressed products can be packed into boxes by counting the required quantity.

・When 5 empty boxes are stocked and the count is reached, the boxes will be replaced. ・Products from the press are transferred to boxes by a conveyor, and full boxes are pushed out to a roller conveyor and moved to the next process.

■Features

・Quantity measurement and boxing of small products can be done at the same time. ・Continuous operation is possible if you replenish the empty box before it runs out. - Full boxes are pushed out, so if you place an inclined roller control device on the exit side, it can be automatically transported to the next work position.
