About This Product

■We manufacture products according to the customer's materials, so we can provide a variety of sizes.A box changer is a device that counts the quantity of workpieces (products) placed in a box for stocking products after pressing, and automatically changes the box when it is full.

■Pressed products can be packed into boxes by counting the required quantity.・When 4 empty boxes are stocked and the count is reached, the boxes will be replaced.
-You can decide in advance where to place boxes of different sizes by positioning the pins on the table.

■Features・Quantity measurement and boxing of small products can be done at the same time.
・Continuous operation is possible if you replenish the empty box before it runs out.
・If the box is large enough to be placed on a table, it can be placed in a fixed position using positioning pins, allowing quick setup changes.
・Since the automatic shutter closes during box replacement, products will not fall out of the box during high line speeds.
