About This Product

■We manufacture products according to the customer's materials, so we can provide a variety of sizes.

A box changer is a device that counts the quantity of workpieces (products) placed in a box for stocking products after pressing, and automatically changes the box when it is full.

■Pressed products can be packed into boxes by counting the required quantity.

・When 5 empty boxes are stocked and the count is reached, the boxes will be replaced. ・Products are transported from the press into boxes using a conveyor, and full boxes are stacked on top of a trolley and transported to the next process together with the trolley. By adding a product shutter, high-speed support is possible.
