About This Product

■We manufacture products according to the customer's materials, so we can provide a variety of sizes.

A box changer is a device that counts the quantity of workpieces (products) placed in a box for stocking products after pressing, and automatically changes the box when it is full. When 4 or 8 buckets can be stocked and the count is reached, it will rotate. The product is transported from the press using a chute, placed in a bucket, the bucket is replaced, and the product is moved to the next process.

■Features

・Quantity measurement and boxing of small products can be done at the same time. - The number of bucket divisions can be changed depending on the size and quantity of the product. ・Automatic operation for the number of buckets, and press when the bucket is full ・Outputs a stop signal. - If you have a spare bucket, you can immediately resume processing.
