The Q winder is a device that winds up materials after press processing or molding of products such as crimp terminals and electrical component terminals, and it is a device that counts the quantity and automatically winds up a certain number of products.

This is a device that winds connectors, lead frames, continuous terminals, etc. We have a wide range of products ranging from low-priced simple winding types to fully automatic types that automatically replace prepared empty reels with full reels. Compatible with cardboard reels, plastic reels, and steel reels, allowing you to sample each reel and insert interlayer paper to prevent scratches and tangles.

There are vertical winders that set the reels vertically, horizontal winders that set the reels horizontally, two-line winders that wind two reels at the same time, and traverse winders that wind the reels in a spool shape, so we can meet all your needs.

By incorporating an image inspection mechanism that uses a CCD camera, we can determine pass/fail on the running line and eliminate defective products, leading to improved business performance.

■FeaturesThe tilt angle can be adjusted from 0° to 45°. Product inspection is also possible by installing a camera.

■This much can be done with a simple winding device.If it can be tilted to 45 degrees, it is no different from horizontal winding. Free angle selection possible with the handle

If you attach a camera, you can also perform image inspection of the product.
