By adopting the centrifugal crushing method, crushing efficiency is high for all raw materials from coarse particles to fine particles, and the particle size of the product is always constant.

The machine is lightweight compared to its capacity and can be operated on a relatively simple steel frame frame. In addition, the structure is simple and easy to operate, and consumables can be replaced in a short time, resulting in lower equipment costs and easier maintenance.

A manual opening/closing device for the crushing chamber head has been added to the conventional Hustler. The work of replacing rotors and liners is greatly shortened and reduced.
■Less consumable parts, long lifespan
There are only three main consumable parts: a distributor that protects the raw material passage within the rotor, a wear plate that protects the raw material passage within the rotor, and a chip plate installed at the tip of the rotor's discharge port. Both are largely protected from wear by a wall of raw materials, ensuring a long service life. The tip of the tip plate, which cannot be protected by raw materials, is protected by a superalloy steel tip.

Rough stones are put into a rotating body called a rotor, and centrifugal force causes them to fly out. The protruding stones collide with the outer deadstock (stone wall) and are crushed. Furthermore, by rolling on dead stock, the corners of the stone are removed and the stone has a good grain shape. Hustler is a granulator used in the finishing process of aggregate production equipment.
Hustler Six and Hustler Seven are dedicated sand making machines that improve the crushing and granulating effects of the Hustler granulator.
