■Selection method
・The raw material whose layer thickness has been made uniform by the diffusion feeder is fed into the V separator.
・The raw material is separated into coarse particles, medium particles, and fine particles by the wind sorting effect of the feed blower.
・Fine particles are collected by the dust collector. Coarse particles and medium particles are further sorted using a cut screen if necessary.
■Caution
・Capacity indicates the capacity when a raw material with an apparent specific gravity of 1.6t/m3 is stably supplied.
・Capacity will be determined through a separation test.
・Capacity varies depending on raw material particle size, separation size, moisture content, etc.
・The required power does not include the dust collector backwashing compressor.
