About This Product
■An epoch-making sand making system that is comparable to natural sand in terms of grain size and grain shape.
The newly developed Hustler Seven (patent registered) and air screen partial return type closed circuit system (patent registered) make it possible to significantly increase the production of fine particles (0.6 to 0.15 mm), which was previously difficult. We have achieved the production of single-strand sand with a better grain size and grain shape than natural sand. In addition, the water mixer makes it possible to set an appropriate moisture content, and there is no imbalance in product particle size.

■V7 dry sand making system
The sand making capacity is based on a single strand of sand, and indicates the capacity when a raw material with a bulk specific gravity of 1.6t/m3 is stably supplied. Raw materials should have a moisture content of 2% or less. Processing capacity varies slightly depending on stone quality and raw material size.
