■High productivity
- Adopts a quill system in addition to a nose-type spindle head, further improving accessibility to the workpiece.
・Both the main shaft and quill can be fed out, making it easy to approach deep machining areas.

- A high-output motor is used to drive the spindle rotation, enabling a wide range of continuously variable speeds and providing high torque.
・A high-rigidity, ultra-precision bearing is used for the main shaft bearing, achieving high precision in the main shaft rotation system.
■High operability
-The display unit of the NC device and each operation switch of the machine are concentrated on one operation panel, and each switch is arranged according to operation.
・Program contents and current position are displayed on the display unit, making it easy to create and check programs.
-The separate manual pulse generator is equipped with an axis selection switch, jog dial, and push buttons for axis feed and spindle rotation, making it extremely easy to use.
■Highly rigid main structures, high-precision sliding surfaces
・Main structure with sufficient rigidity, which is the basis of machine tools. High-grade cast iron is used for the main structures such as the bed and column, and the rational rib arrangement and large cross-sectional shape provide excellent not only static rigidity but also dynamic rigidity (especially vibration absorption).
- The sliding surfaces of the column and bed are hardened and ground, and turcite is pasted on the other side. Automatic intermittent lubrication is used for lubrication, allowing high precision to be maintained over a long period of time.
・In order to maintain axial rigidity against cutting loads, a large-diameter, extra-thick ball screw is used, and both ends are supported using a double anchor system.
