About This Product
Vapor deposition material for high-purity alumina (Al2O3) thin films. General sintering type vapor deposition materials contain a small amount of impurities as a binder in order to sinter the alumina. These impurities sometimes cause outgassing and splashing. Shinkosha's single-crystal type vapor deposition material does not contain any binder, so there is almost no need to worry about outgassing or splashing.
Please use our alumina vapor deposition materials, which are produced in an integrated manner from crystallization to cleaning, for anti-reflection coatings, hard coatings, and chemical-resistant coatings.
