・WCS-J1 (WCSJ1) is a counter communication system manufactured by MTC Communications (Matsuda Tsusho).

・Optionally, a switch can be added to remotely control the ON/OFF of the operator microphone.
・Unlike similar counter intercom products from other companies, it is equipped with the following adjustment functions to reduce howling and ensure comfortable conversation. Expander adjustment function (Exp): An expander is a function that reduces unnecessary environmental sounds such as the air conditioning sound in the room collected by the headset microphone and emphasizes only the voice when the operator (indoor side) speaks with the customer. This is a function to communicate to customers. Dimmer function adjustment (Dim): Dimmer is a function that automatically attenuates the volume on the customer side when the operator (indoor side) speaks. Although some of the operator's voice is returned through the external microphone, this function can reduce the amount of returned voice, preventing howling and improving audibility.
