About This Product

Can be used to drain water from irrigation canals, rivers, regulating areas, and dams (with backflow prevention). It helps prevent underground water seepage and uneven settlement of the back surface (unequal settlement). Permeable pipes have a water collection effect. Effective for post-installation of weep holes and areas where backfill material is not functioning. It is widely used for stock management in waterways, etc. The GH2 type can be used as a retrofitted water drain for sheet piles. Main features

■Corrosion resistance/chemical resistance

Made of synthetic resin and has excellent corrosion and chemical resistance.

■Installation method

Drill a hole in the concrete part of the waterway, create an extension tunnel in the ground, insert it, fill in the part that touches the concrete part with filler, and add a valve afterwards.

■Others

It can be manufactured with dimensions that suit the site. We also have experience in a variety of fields. Installation method

■For GH1 type concrete

Decide on the installation location and drill holes in the concrete wall and backfill area. After inserting the main unit, fill in the gaps with concrete or mortar. After cleaning the socket, insert the valve.

■For GH2 type steel sheet piles

・Determine the installation location and drill the hole according to the J dimension. ・Please remove burrs from the steel sheet pile after drilling. ・Please drill a hole long enough to insert the drive-in weep hole in the backfill area. ・After inserting the main body, make sure that the plate and steel sheet pile are in close contact with each other, with the mark on the hook bolt head facing outward, and tighten the wing nut to secure it. ・Please caulk the surrounding area. ・After cleaning the inside of the socket, insert the valve.
