About This Product

Pressure flotation equipment is a device that attaches air bubbles to suspended solids (SS), such as normal hexane (oil) and phosphorus, which have a low specific gravity and are difficult to settle, and effectively floats and collects them. By mixing pressurized water (dissolving air) with a compressor during drainage, the pressure is released in the pressure flotation device, generating fine air bubbles, which combine with suspended solids of low specific gravity. It becomes more buoyant and rises to the surface. This method is faster than flocculation. Features of pressurized flotation device

■Speedy processing and space saving

Coagulation sedimentation requires a residence time of 1 to 2 hours, but pressure flotation equipment can complete the process in 20 to 30 minutes. Space saving is also possible.

■Stable processing of light flocs

It can also be used as a pre-treatment for wastewater that is difficult to treat using the coagulation-sedimentation method, such as substances that do not settle lightly.
