About This Product

In the mixed bed water purification system (with activated carbon adsorption tower), the cation exchange resin adsorbs ionic impurities such as Ca2+ and Mg2+, and the anion exchange resin adsorbs ions such as NO3- and SiO2-. This is a device that can adsorb and remove impurities. Equipped with an "activated carbon adsorption tower" for pre-treatment, by removing suspended solids etc. in advance, it is possible to delay the deterioration of expensive ion exchange resins (reducing running costs). In addition, by adding NaOH or HCl (as described above) during the regeneration process, impurities attached to the resin can be removed and the anion/cation exchange resin can be regenerated. Compared to the 2-bed, 3-tower type, the initial cost is lower, but running costs such as chemical costs are higher. Features of mixed bed pure water equipment

Space is saved because cation exchange resin (removes Ca²⁺Mg², etc.) and anion exchange resin (removes NO₃⁻ SiO₂, etc.) are mixed and packed in one tower. In addition, ion exchange occurs continuously during water flow, resulting in highly pure water with a purity of less than 1μS/cm.

■Equipped with an activated carbon adsorption tower, which makes expensive resin last longer and is economical.

An activated carbon tower is used for pre-treatment, which removes chlorine ions and organic substances that are harmful to the resin, thereby delaying the deterioration of the expensive resin, extending the time for replacement, and reducing running costs.
