■Summary
・Cortec VCI-416 is a highly functional, water-soluble degreasing/cleaning agent that also has anti-rust properties.
・VCI-416 has a 12-month anti-rust protection period.
・VCI-416 penetrates heavy grease and oil and removes it from equipment, engines, oil rigs, vehicles, construction equipment, cranes, ships, beach machinery, etc., and prevents rust.
・Since VCI-416 converts hydrocarbon substances, washing with water is sufficient for post-treatment.
・VCI-416 can be used with high pressure, steam, and other mechanical cleaning machines.

・When used at a concentration of 2.5-5%, it provides a temporary rust prevention function for several months on the surface and is effective on a variety of metals.

■How to use
- Can be used with various cleaning machines.
・Spray, immersion tank, steam cleaning, high pressure water cleaning, etc.
- Dilute and use depending on the degree of contamination.
・Heavy solidified heavy oil, drilling oil, grease: 1:5-10 parts water. Moderate soiling of machinery, tanks and marine machinery: 1:19-40 parts water. Light cleaning: 1:40-150 parts water.
・After VCI-416 has spread to the contaminated surface, wash it with water or steam after a while.
