About This Product

■Permanent magnet allows for non-contact stirring of molten metal

The permanent magnet type chip melting system is superior to conventional electromagnetic induction stirring type and mechanical stirring type chip melting systems in terms of running costs, maintenance free, energy saving, easy operation, and space saving. By installing a permanent magnet at the bottom of the material input port, chips can be melted by non-contact molten metal stirring. Not only does it stir the molten metal at the material input port, but it also circulates the molten metal inside the heating and holding chamber.

■Applications and features

・Dissolution of chips, powder, UBC, solid biscuits ・Ideal as a component adjustment furnace due to its strong circulation force ・Circulation power can be adjusted between untitled intervals, and stable circulation power can always be obtained. ・Unmanned operation is possible as the melted material is melted continuously and no operator supervision is required. ・It is also possible to add a molten metal stirring unit to the existing melting and holding furnace and holding furnace.

■Comparison with conventional chip melting system

・No spare parts (consumables) or maintenance required. - Due to its simple structure, there is no failure and molten metal circulation is possible with one-touch operation. - Power consumption is approximately 1/10 compared to electromagnetic induction stirring type. ・Realizes compact installation space. This system was commercialized in collaboration with Z-Mag Co., Ltd., which developed the world's first non-contact permanent magnet type aluminum chip melting system.
