About This Product

■Can be installed from a minimum cooling hole diameter of φ2Cooling Champ allows cooling to be applied to thin cast-out pins that could not be conventionally cooled. Since the cooling hole diameter can be installed from a minimum diameter of φ2, it is compatible with various sizes of cast-out pins currently in use.

■You can choose how to attach screws and O-rings.Cooling Champ's outer pipe can be selected from two types: screw or O-ring, so each customer can install it in the most suitable way. You can also purchase the head, outer pipe, and inner pipe in parts, so you can use it to suit your needs.

■Cooling small hole cast pins and jet pins can also be ordered at the same time.Along with the Cooling Champ, you can also order the small hole cooling cast pin at the same time. If you order pins at the same time, you can get a 10% discount on Cooling Champ.

■Notes ATTENTION・Do not use any fluid other than water.
・Do not disconnect cooling pipes or hoses while in use.
・Connect the cooling hose's "in" and "return" ends as shown in the specification diagram. If you connect it incorrectly, you will not get the proper cooling effect.
・The O-ring type uses a screw type to connect to the brass head, so please rotate it clockwise to position it.
- If the O-ring is an individually rotating type, it may come off due to vibration or water pressure. Please use a holding plate etc.
- With the O-ring type, if the cooling pipe is tilted (fallen down), water may leak.
・Please take measures to prevent it from falling before use.
- For O-ring type products, do not damage the O-ring during assembly/removal. There is a risk of water leakage.
- When using a screw-type product, wrap pressure-heat sealing tape around the thread before assembling.
-Also, if there is any old sealing tape left on the screw holes on the metal side, be sure to remove it before assembling.
- If the head and outer pipe are brazed together, they cannot be replaced even if you purchase the parts separately.
