About the product

■Features

・For chemical resistance - The main body material is polyfluorinated resin (PTFE) and the spring is trifluorinated resin (PCTFE), making it suitable for strong acids and strong alkalis. ・Fluororubber, Perflo, and Kalrez are available as seal materials depending on the fluid (chemical solution, pure water, air, gas, etc.). ・Connections can be selected from female thread and Flowell 20/60 series.

■Seal material usage temperature range

・Material = Fluororubber/Symbol: V ・Material = Perfluoro/Symbol: P ・Material = Kalrez/Symbol: K

■Fluid passage

Fluid should flow through the product in the direction of the arrow shown.

■Note

1. A check valve is a valve device that allows fluid to flow in one direction and prevents reverse flow. Do not use it as a safety device. 2. Check valves allow leakage, so please do not use them in ways that require zero leakage. 3. Depending on the usage conditions, abnormal noise may occur (this is not a product defect). 4. If used after being left for a long time, the initial cracking pressure may be high. Please check operation before use.
