■Features
・Excellent functionality and chemical resistance
- New Machine's TEF cup uses trifluoride resin (PCTFE) as the main body material, so it exhibits excellent chemical resistance to chemicals and cleaning solutions used in semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
・The socket and plug have built-in valves.
- Suitable for highly corrosive liquids such as strong acids and strong alkaline solutions.
・The spring in contact with liquid is coated with fluororesin.
・It is an oil-free product.
