■Features
It is ideal for filling refrigerant gas (R134a, R410a, R407c), etc., and refrigerating machine oil, etc. by using a special sealing material that can be used on assembly, filling, and inspection lines for air conditioners, refrigerators, etc.
A coupling developed for vacuuming and refrigerant gas filling. Both the socket and plug are equipped with automatic valve mechanisms, so even when separated, they can be used in applications up to a vacuum level of 1.3 x 10-1Pa (1 x 10^-3 mmHg).
Can be connected to YSP type, LCG type charge guns, etc.
■Seal material usage temperature range
・Material = Hydrogenated nitrile rubber / Symbol: HN / Operating temperature range: -20℃~+120℃ / Diversion fluid: R134a / Notes: Standard
・Material = Chloroprene rubber (neoprene) / Symbol: NR / Operating temperature range: -20℃~+80℃ / Fluid used: R22 / Helium gas, R407c / R410a / Notes: Standard
■Fluid passage
Fluid can flow from either the socket side or the plug side.
Compatible with refrigerant seal materials
■Refrigerant: R134a
・Seal material: Hydrogenated nitrile rubber/Symbol: HN/Applications: Car air conditioner production line, refrigerator production line
・Features: Demonstrates particularly high performance against HFC134a (R134a) and complies with JRA2009 standards. It has already been adopted by car cooler manufacturers.
■Refrigerant: R22
・Seal material: Chloroprene rubber/Symbol: NR/Application: Room air conditioner production line
・Features: Maintains excellent durability against fluorocarbon gas (R22).
■Refrigerant: R410a
・Seal material: Chloroprene rubber/Symbol: NR/Application: Room air conditioner
・Features: Demonstrates excellent performance against fluorocarbon gas (R410a/R407c).
■Refrigerant: R407c
・Seal material: Chloroprene rubber/Symbol: NR/Application: Package air conditioner
