About This Product

■Toe grid/toe meshLightweight and thin FRP lattice bars are made by integrally molding high-performance fibers such as carbon fiber and resin, and exhibit the same reinforcing effect as reinforcing bars.

■Toe mesh method (concrete flaking prevention method)FORCA Tow Mesh is a product exclusively for preventing spalling of concrete structures that integrates continuous fiber FRP lattice reinforcement and mesh net.

Features of toe mesh

■Reliable peeling prevention effectHigh-strength FRP lattice bars support the weight of the peeled concrete mass, and a mesh net on the back prevents small pieces smaller than a few centimeters from falling.

■No need for surface treatmentSince it is not integrated with the frame using resin adhesive or mortar, there is no need to clean or correct unevenness.

■Quick constructionInstallation is quick as it is simply fixed to the structure with anchors, and there is no need for hardening or curing periods, which shortens the construction period and is ideal for short-time construction at night.

■Follows displacementBy fixing it with a special washer without attaching it to concrete, it can better follow the displacement of the building frame due to drying shrinkage, temperature changes, external forces, etc. Construction can be carried out across joints.

■Excellent maintainabilityVisual observation of the base is possible through the mesh net. Additionally, depending on the type of anchor used, it can be easily removed and reinstalled after construction.

■High durabilityIn addition to the FRP toe mesh, the anchors and fixing plates are made of stainless steel and resin to increase durability.

■FORCA toe mesh F typeTowmesh F type is a product that prevents water droplets from falling by integrating a water-conducting film on the back of the towmesh. By simply directing water leaking from the tunnel lining, it prevents water droplets from falling onto passing vehicles and pedestrians.
