About This Product

■Toe grid/toe mesh Lightweight and thin FRP lattice bars are made by integrally molding high-performance fibers such as carbon fiber and resin, and exhibit the same reinforcing effect as reinforcing bars. Tow grid method (thickening/rolling method) ■The trump card for repairing and reinforcing concrete structures Tow Grid is a new type of FRP lattice reinforcement made by impregnating resin with high-performance continuous reinforcing fibers such as carbon and glass. Features of toe grid ■Thin and light Because it has a very light specific gravity and the lattice intersections are on the same plane, its cross section is thinner than that of reinforcing steel. It is easy to transport, does not require heavy machinery, and is not limited by construction space. ■High reinforcement effect Continuous reinforcing fibers with high strength and high elasticity are arranged in two directions, so it can be expected to have the same reinforcing effect as reinforcing steel. ■No corrosion Constructed of reinforced fibers and resin with excellent chemical resistance, so there is no need to worry about rust. It is effective in preventing frost damage in cold regions and salt damage in coastal areas. ■Compliant with RC design method Reinforcement design can be easily performed using a method similar to that used for calculating reinforced concrete. ■Performance of reinforced fibers Among various reinforcing materials, carbon fiber has particularly excellent performance in terms of tensile strength and elastic modulus.
