About This Product

Transparent protective film resist (overcoat) for LCD color filters This transparent protective film resist has excellent heat resistance, transparency, and flatness, and contributes to improving LCD display performance and reliability. If patterning such as contact holes is required, we offer a photocurable (negative type) resist, and if there is no exposure process and the film is formed by heating only, we offer a thermosetting resist.

■Features

The black matrix plays an important role in increasing contrast and aperture ratio by preventing color mixture of each RGB pixel and blocking backlight. The black resist proposed by Nippon Steel Chemical & Materials is an excellent product that has various functions to meet the diverse needs of customers and can be adapted to each customer's process.

High transparency, high heat resistance, high flatness, high reliability, low temperature curing, thick film

■Recommended conditions for film formation

・VCD: 100Pa or less ・HP: 90℃・2 minutes ・Oven: 230℃・30 minutes
