High thermal conductivity The "TEPICOM" EC series is a two-component, heat-curing compound consisting of an epoxy resin and a hardening agent, developed for casting electrical parts. Not only does it have excellent insulation reliability, but the thermally conductive cast type also has long-term heat resistance and reliability, making it possible to improve the heat dissipation of cast products. The chemical-resistant cast type is popular as a material that provides insulation reliability and chemical-resistant protection for cast products that are difficult to cure at high temperatures.
