About This Product

■Completely solvent-free and environmentally friendly with excellent moisture and dust resistance.

This is an environmentally friendly moisture-proof insulation coating that uses water instead of solvent as a solvent. It exhibits adhesion and performance comparable to solvent-based coating agents, and protects against moisture, condensation, oil, dust, mold, etc. that can cause corrosion and disconnection of the board. It is VOC-free, environmentally and human-friendly, and there are no regulations regarding storage or transportation.

Since it uses water as a solvent, it is a human-friendly and environmentally friendly product, classified as a non-hazardous material, and is easy to store and manage.

■VOC free

Seal-glo®550AWF uses water as a solvent, making it a solvent-free (VOC-free) product that is gentle on the human body and the environment, and does not violate China's VOC regulation GB standards.

■Screw lock alternative

It can be used as an alternative to conventional solvent-containing products to prevent screws from loosening, and there is no need to worry about chemical attack on resin screws. It maintains the same torque strength as conventional products and can be used for both fastening screws and adjustment screws, making it especially suitable for M1 and M2 machine screws. Although it is a water-soluble moisture-proof coating agent for printed circuit boards, it cures in a short time. This is a moisture-proof coating agent suitable for spray application, and has high salt damage prevention and rust prevention effects, making it the perfect moisture-proof coating product for protecting printed circuit board circuits. It also maintains sulfidation resistance and oil resistance.

Can be used in a wide range of applications, from coating electronic boards to preventing loosening of screws used in product casings. Since it is a water-soluble moisture-proof coating agent for printed circuit boards, it is of course solvent-free. A moisture-proof coating agent for printed circuit boards that is non-hazardous and environmentally friendly. This is a moisture-proof coating agent that does not need to be stored in a hazardous materials warehouse. In addition to spray application, brush application and dispenser application are also possible.
