■Reducing production time and being considerate to the environment and the human body
A moisture-proof insulating coating that protects boards from moisture, condensation, oil, dust, etc. UV irradiation can shorten coating film formation time to approximately 5 to 10 seconds, dramatically improving productivity. It can be applied by spray, and even a thin film exhibits high moisture resistance and electrical properties.
Environmentally friendly, solvent-free and volatile VOC-free, reducing the burden on workers when handling.
■Improve productivity
Significantly shortens the time required to cure with UV irradiation. It completely cures in about 5 to 10 seconds, compared to 24 hours for typical solvent-based coatings. By curing with moisture, it exhibits high moisture resistance even in areas that are shaded by UV irradiation.
■VOC free
This coating agent is environmentally and worker-friendly as it does not contain volatile substances (VOC). It is not classified as dangerous goods under the International Transportation Act and can be transported as general cargo by various means of transport, making it ideal for global expansion. It also contributes to reducing transportation costs.
■Energy saving
It cures with short-term ultraviolet irradiation, which saves energy compared to heat curing. Because it is a material that can be cured by LED, it reduces running costs and contributes to achieving SDGs that are environmentally friendly.
This short-curing, solvent-free UV-curable coating agent has excellent sulfidation and oil resistance, and is highly effective in preventing salt damage and rust on printed circuit boards. We can introduce UL746E registered products and UL94 V-0 registered products.
