About This Product

■Overview of Renoves Air Conditioning Deodorizing Filter

"Rinobesu" is a general term for applied products of pitch-based carbon materials developed by Osaka Gas Co., Ltd. Osaka Gas Chemical has inherited this technology and is leveraging the excellent properties of pitch-based carbon materials to develop high-performance applied products with the aim of ``re-innovating carbon materials.''

■Property adopted

From commercial buildings and office buildings to factories and small stores. Renoves air conditioning deodorizing filters are also used in various properties such as art museums, museums, and archives that handle cultural properties.

■Features

A small and lightweight filter that allows filter media to be replaced at the installation site. RE type is available in thicknesses starting from 35mm.

■Renoves・RE type

This is a type where only the filter media can be replaced. By using aluminum lath as a reinforcement material for the filter media, we have achieved stabilization of the filter media and low pressure loss. Three types of filter thickness are available depending on the processing air volume: 65mm, 50mm, and 35mm.

■Renovesu RS type

A lightweight filter that supports large air volume. By using a slanted separator and non-woven fabric, we have achieved stabilization of the filter media and low pressure loss. Two types of filter depth are available, 290mm and 150mm, depending on the processing air volume.

■Renoves・RC type

It supports large air volume and is equipped with 8 replaceable filter units. In order to reduce running costs, only the filter medium is replaceable. The filter media can be replaced using the same procedure as for the RE type. The depth of the casing is 290mm, allowing for a space-saving design.

■Renoves RGF type

Equipped with 8 integrated filter units with granular activated carbon (GAC) on the upstream side and fibrous activated carbon (ACF) sheets on the downstream side. The depth of the casing is 460mm. Specifications with pre-filter can also be manufactured. We can also manufacture filters that only use granular activated carbon (thickness: 35mm) without using ACF sheets.
