About This Product

AT-S is an automatic green sand compactability (CB) measuring device developed based on the concept of "Simple & Smart" by combining the latest technology with years of experience. By specializing in the function of measuring only CB, AT-S eliminates other functions and achieves simple, high reliability and operability. Various advanced technologies (Advanced Technology for Solutions) are adopted.

■Features- CB measurement uses a servo motor to achieve stable operation and improved CB measurement accuracy.
・The filling cylinder is equipped with a sand filling amount detection sensor to prevent CB measurement errors due to insufficient sand amount.
- Adopts a 2D structure in which the mechanical part is assembled only from one side on the main panel with functional processing. Access to all drives, valves, wiring and piping from one side
・The number of parts has been significantly reduced compared to the previous model by reviewing the equipment configuration.
・Equipment size is also 70% smaller than conventional machines

■ApplicationsUsing feedback control from the CB measured by AT-S, the amount of added water required for kneading is calculated and adjusted to the target CB. Especially in the case of direct sampling, the stability of the mixed sand CB is dramatically improved because the properties of the mixed sand are measured immediately after mixing and fed back to the next batch.
