About This Product

This is a vertical wet media agitation type crusher developed in Japan in the 1950s. To date, our machines have been used in a variety of crushing processes, including those used in ferrous and non-ferrous metal mines, such as crushing limestone for re-grinding, flue gas desulfurization, and neutralization, as well as in the environmental field. It has been adopted both domestically and internationally, especially in processes that require large-volume processing and fine grinding, and has a proven track record as a secondary and tertiary grinder after coarse grinding in a ball mill in ore beneficiation processes.

■Principle/Structure

The Eirich Tower Mill® is a mechanism that effectively stirs the grinding media filled in the grinding tower using a double-helical screw, and uses impact force and frictional force to accelerate the grinding of the object. The crusher tower body is vertically cylindrical, and a drive device installed at the top rotates a screw suspended inside the tower body, which agitates the packed crushing media and crushes the raw material. The tower body is made of steel, and the parts that come into contact with the liquid have a corrosion-resistant lining. As a wear-resistant measure, a partially replaceable wear-resistant liner is attached to the helical part of the medium stirring screw, and the inner surface of the column is equipped with a grid liner mechanism that forms a material lining layer made of crushed raw materials and crushed media.
