About This Product

This is a high-speed stirring mixer developed by Maschinenfabrik Gustav Eirich (Germany) based on its unique mixing theory based on the know-how accumulated over many years. This mixer consists of a rotating mixing pan (mixing container), a rotor tool (stirring tool) placed eccentric to the center of the pan, and a tool set (scraper) installed to prevent raw materials from stagnation. I am. In contrast to the mixing pan that rotates clockwise, a rotor tool that rotates counterclockwise (or clockwise) at high speed creates a strong shear force on the material to be mixed. Additionally, multiple processes such as mixing, granulation, kneading, and slurrying can be performed with one machine by adjusting operating conditions. The product lineup includes models with a wide range of processing capacities, from 1L/batch to a maximum of 8,000L/batch for the R type (tilted mixing pan type) and up to 12,000L for the D type (horizontal mixing pan type). I'm here. We will select the most suitable model according to your request. It is used in many industries that require raw material processing, including industrial chemicals, building materials, ceramics, and glass.

■Features

・Eirich's mixing principle achieves extremely high quality mixing in a short time. ・Simple and robust structure achieves high availability with minimal maintenance ・Can be used for various purposes regardless of the viscosity of the raw material ・A rich lineup ranging from laboratory machines (1L/batch) to large machines (12,000L/batch) ・Existing processes can be simplified ・Supports continuous and batch operation Principle/Structure

■The Eirich Intensive Mixer consists of a mixing pan, a rotor tool, and a tool set.

・Mixing pan: By rotating, all the raw materials in the mixing container are continuously fed into the rotor tool. ・Rotor tool: Located eccentrically to the center of rotation of the mixing pan, it is able to efficiently apply shearing force to the raw materials. The speed can be set depending on the processing purpose, from high speeds that produce high shearing force to low speeds that create a gentle stirring action. Additionally, the shape and rotation direction can be selected depending on the desired process. The bottom scraper tip attached to the bottom end of the rotor tool prevents the bottom of the container from sticking. ・Tool set: Prevents adhesion on the inner walls and bottom of the mixing pan. It also changes the flow direction of raw materials and promotes uniformity inside the mixer.
