■HDP double lip

■LDP single lip

・Since the shape is a single lip, the ability to remove dust is reduced, making it unsuitable for harsh environments.
■Side seal part HDP (double injection)
The side seal, which is made of two materials, soft TPU and hard ABS, has good adhesion to the rail and has a strong ability to remove fine dust.
■Side seal part LDP (single injection)
The side seals made of hard NYLON material have gaps in their contact with the rails, so the adhesion is a little weak, and the ability to remove fine dust is a little low.
■Multilayer contact scraper
By using three pieces of high-density sponge, it is possible to exclude minute foreign matter attached to the rail from entering the block, making it an alternative to the uu double lip end seal for customers who are concerned about resistance values in environments with few foreign matter.
