About This Product

■FeaturesFilter tubes for centrifuges are convenient filters for filtering small amounts of samples. Consists of sample chamber and receiver tube for use in centrifuges.

Different membranes can be used for a wide variety of applications, including bacterial removal, particle removal, HPLC sample preparation, separation of samples from media, and separation of DNA from agrose and acrylamide gels.

■Details・Polypropylene housing
・Pore diameter: 2.0μm, 0.45μm
・Membrane: Nylon (NY), polyethersulfone (PES), polyvinylidene fluoride (hydrophobic PVDF), regenerated cellulose (RC), PTFE (hydrophobic), polypropylene (PP), cellulose acetate (CA), nitrocellulose ( NC)

■Special notes- For processing smaller sample volumes, please use NanoSpin (maximum sample volume 400 µL/receiver 2 mL).
・Please use the 50mL filter tube only with a fixed angle rotor to prevent membrane blockage.
・The filter tube is not sterile. Sterilization is possible by passing 70% ethanol through.
