About This Product
These are old bricks made in Japan that have been re-reduced and fired at 1,200℃. This product is carefully selected from among many old bricks. By adding a bit of flavor to the characteristic of old bricks themselves, this brick's flavor, or soft feel, sometimes became a weakness, and its range of use was limited until now.
This product has low water absorption and high strength, so it can be used in a variety of ways. We were able to bring to the surface the time that had accumulated over a long period of time inside the old bricks, creating a completely new deep flavor.
