About This Product

Laser light can be focused into a spot of several tens of micrometers using a lens, etc., making it possible to remove extremely minute areas. In order to adjust the resistance value of the thin film resistor formed on the ceramic surface to the specified value using this principle, it is necessary to remove the minute portion or correct the defective part of the wiring pattern on the printed circuit board. Laser trimming system: CTTM-LD (1) to (3). CTTM-LD (1) and (2) use LD-excited YAG laser light as the light source, and CTTM-LD- (1) and CTTMLD- (2) are used depending on the type of processing desired. By adopting wavelength conversion technology, (2) allows finer processing (approximately 1/2 beam spot) than (1). CTTM-LD- (3) is also available in the lineup to meet a wide variety of micromachining requirements. This is a product that can be easily made to order, and the optical system basically uses (1) or (2) to select the optimal laser for the light source. Based on our many years of experience and technology, we recommend the "optimum laser light source" for both domestic and overseas customers, including the selection of the laser wavelength to be used, and also provide system upgrades.

■Features

- Optical parts are selected and optically designed with emphasis on trimming performance. ・Engraving area can be selected by selecting f/θ lens. ・CTTM- (2) uses LD excitation green (2nd harmonic = input = 532nm), which enables finer processing. ・A wide variety of optional optical systems such as beam expanders are available to meet a wide range of processing requirements. ・CTTM- (1) and (2) are both equipped with a "coaxial observation optical unit" as standard. -Resistance measurement unit is not included as standard. - Operates with external signals. (The customer is responsible for generating signal control using a pulse generator, etc.) ・For optional movable stage units (XY motorized stage, etc.), please refer to the stage unit lineup at the back of this catalog. ・It is also possible to upgrade the system to a "complete full system" by discussing the specifications of the moving stage, resistance measurement unit, routine software, etc. (Needs meeting)
