About This Product
Electrolytic polishing is a method of polishing products (metals such as stainless steel) while electrochemically dissolving them in an electrolytic polishing solution (mainly an acid solution). Smoothing of minute irregularities of approximately 0.01 to 0.1 um and removal of relatively large irregularities of several um are performed at the same time, resulting in gloss. When using Suslite SV (electrolytic polishing liquid), there is almost no white haze, cloudiness, or unnecessary shine even on mirror surfaces. It greatly reduces the time and effort required to process the electrolyte after use, and provides a high-quality and beautiful finish to stainless steel products.

It can be used not only for mirror surfaces, hairline surfaces, unpolished hot materials, but also for electrolytic polishing of SUS430. It also improves hairline disappearance. Even with 2B materials, burnt color can be removed with almost no discoloration.
