About This Product
The full-wave rectifier (DC) electrolytic polisher "EP Meister 30" was born after taking into account the strict opinions of craftsmen.The core transformer is equipped with a large capacity 450VA, and both are equipped with a bridge circuit using four diodes. Continuous use is possible by adopting a full wave rectification type (DC). In addition, when welding burn is removed, the convex parts of the stainless steel surface are melted before the concave parts, and electropolishing is also performed at the same time using "anodic melting", which not only produces a smooth stainless steel surface, but also makes it possible to remove the convex parts of the stainless steel surface. Among the contained Fe (iron), Cr (chromium), Ni (nickel), etc., Fe (iron) dissolves first, creating a chromium-rich passivation on the stainless steel surface. (It will be less likely to rust.)

It can be used in a wide range of applications, from working with delicate stainless steel materials such as hairlines to the world's fastest high-speed work. Moreover, when used properly, even 2B material will not cause unnecessary shine. The conventional wisdom that ``removal of burnout is achieved through communication'' has been overturned. We can handle not only welding burn removal, but also electrolytic polishing, passivation treatment, and pickling stain removal.
10V to 15V: 2B/Mirror finish/Nice finish
15V to 25V: Normal finish
25V to 30V: High-speed processing/White haze removal (polishing)
■Equipped with a safety breaker
Since it has a large-capacity core that does not suffer from heat loss, even if the felt of the stitcher tears and shorts out, the power will not go down immediately. We also have a safety breaker installed just in case.
The cord is a thin and tough silicone-coated torch cord that improves workability.
