About This Product

■Specified low-power transceiver for work helmets and hats

By attaching it directly to a helmet, etc., it eliminates the hassle of earphone/microphone cables and the dangers that can occur when the cable gets caught.

■Features

・Implemented a total of 47 alternate and repeater compatible channels. Furthermore, it supports connected relay and simultaneous calls between 2, 3, and 4 parties. - Rubber pelts are used to attach to the helmet. Can also be attached to a work cap ・The main body is dust resistant and violent jet resistant to IP66. - Built-in high-performance antenna inside the main body. By wearing it on the head, there is less impact on the human body, and a practical communication distance can be ensured despite its compact size. ・External battery pack makes it easy to replace with a spare

■Standard accessories

・Battery pack EBP-108 (Li-ion 3.6V/2,200mAh) ・2 helmet holders ・3 headbands (2 are already attached to the main body) ・2 cable clips (already attached to headband) ・AC adapter EDC-122 ・Helmet and hat are not included. Bands and holders are available as spare parts. There is a charging jack on the main unit, and you can connect the EDC-122 directly to charge it.

■Enclosure protection grade IP166

Under existing conditions, no dust can enter the interior. Apply a specified amount of jet water with intense water pressure from all directions for 3 minutes to prevent water from entering. However, the microphone part of the flexible microphone is not waterproof. Do not use in environments where the microphone sponge gets wet.

■Notes regarding helmets

- The DJ-PHM20 cannot be used with helmets that are shaped so that commercially available band fixing holders (helmet holders) cannot be used to secure headbands such as helmet headlights. ・Cannot be used with helmets other than those used for general work, such as motorcycles or sports helmets. - If the headband gets caught on surrounding structures, such as when working in a narrow space, there is a risk of malfunction of the main unit or an accident due to falling. Do not use a headband on the top of your head that can easily get caught in situations where there is a high risk of falling. If the band around the helmet is properly attached, the band at the top of the head is not necessary when using a helmet. (Required when capping) ・The headband rubber is a consumable item. If it deteriorates, please replace it. There is a risk of falling.
