This device can cold press filled granulated powder by volumetric measurement to produce diamond segments. ・Can be filled with multiple layers (up to 18 segments) with or without diamonds ・Can be filled with 4 different types of powder ・Stable pressurization and measurement are possible with two CNC-controlled hydraulic independent axes. ・Check, sort, and collect segments with a CNC-controlled 3-axis robot ・Automatically correct weight with electronic scale and weigh segments ・Six different types of powder can be loaded
