About This Product

■FeaturesConventionally, carton lids are sealed using resin-based glue, but there are many problems with hot-melt equipment such as expensive hot-melt equipment, running costs for glue, and electricity costs due to the use of heaters. They faced problems such as troublesome maintenance, clogging due to carbonization of the glue, and pseudo-adhesion.

Therefore, we developed a cartoner that is compatible with the ``lock carton'' developed by materials manufacturer Marukane Printing Co., Ltd. With this method, the lid and carton body are completely locked, so opening it will result in damage. Tamper prevention measures and the aforementioned issues are also resolved. It also supports recent SDGs and ecology.
