■Features

Since the global pandemic, LNPs (lipid nanoparticles) have attracted attention to speed up vaccine/nucleic acid development. The small sterile GMP nano-manufacturing device "Nano me" is a collaboration between the latest reactor (Flexible-Reactor JET) provided by LEON and the manufacturing system provided by Harro Hoefliger, and is GMP compliant, allowing for "small volume production" and " This is a tabletop device for "personalized medicine".

・Advanced sterile single-use concept and GMP compliant ・Advanced aseptic system with single-use for all wetted parts, eliminating the need for cleaning, cleaning validation, and sterilization ・We focused on the speed of product changeover and achieved lot production in an unprecedentedly short time. ・Personalized medicine such as cancer treatment vaccines and CAR-T ・Transfer the process directly from the tabletop machine “NANO lab” ・21 CFR Part 11 compliant software

■One-use bag system

・Assembled, triple-packed, sterilized single-use reactor specification ・Easy-to-remove container bags for post-processing can also be provided. ・Built-in sterile sampling function for quality control - Nanoparticle dilution can be selected in-line or during pre-filling ・The reactor is made of resin and can be used for single use.

■Features of Reactor (Flexible-Reactor JET) technology

・The special reactor structure makes it easy to approach the target particle size and determine production capacity. ・Modular design with replaceable parts (core part and jet part) -Since it uses a modular reactor, it can be equipped with the same reactor as the research machine. Easy to scale up ・Adopts a jet flow principle that achieves a stable mixing process while generating high turbulence ・Nanoparticles can be generated by increasing the concentration of the starting material, and the processing time in the post-process can be significantly shortened. ・Critical Quality Attributes such as particle size, particle size distribution, encapsulation efficiency, etc.
