Since the global pandemic, LNPs (lipid nanoparticles) have attracted attention to speed up vaccine/nucleic acid development.
The GMP-compliant liposome/lipid nanoparticle production device "Nano lab" is a collaboration between the latest reactor (Flexible-Reactor JET) provided by LEON and the production system provided by Harro Hoefliger, and mass production is possible from the research machine "NANO lab". The scale-up of the "NANO us" machine is easy, and we support solving problems in LNP production.

■Features of Reactor/Flexible-Reactor JET technology

・Since it is modular, the same reactor as this machine can be installed in a production machine with the same parameters, making it easy to scale up.
・Adopts a jet flow principle that achieves a stable mixing process while generating high turbulence
・Nanoparticles can be generated by increasing the concentration of the starting material, and it is also possible to significantly shorten the processing time in the post-process.
・Control important quality characteristics such as particle size, particle size distribution, and encapsulation efficiency using important quality parameters.
